Services

Dietary and Nutrition

Proper nutrition is the foundation for a healthy life. We provide guidance on healthy eating habits, addressing any dietary concerns or nutritional deficiencies to help your child grow healthy and strong.

Infant Formula

We educate mothers and guardians about the proper preparation, feeding, and storage of baby formula for infants.

We provide guidance on how to choose the appropriate formula based on your baby's needs and preferences. Parents learn about the proper preparation and cleaning of bottles and components, correct ratios of water to formula powder, and the best practices for mixing and preparing different types of formula. We discuss the various feeding methods and amounts, whether using bottles or breastfeeding, to make sure that infants receive the nutrition they require. Storage tips, including how to keep prepared formula safe, are also shared, advising on how long it can be stored and when it should be discarded.

Soft to Solid Foods

We provide consultations that focus on creating nutritious meals that are nourishing for infants and teething children.

Parents are taught about selecting fresh ingredients, cooking techniques that preserve nutrients, and appropriate textures suitable for growing children. We give advice on safe storage methods to maintain food quality and minimize waste. We help introduce a variety of flavors and textures, which help develop a child's palate and encourage healthy eating habits. We encourage starting with soft blended foods made from a variety of fruits and vegetables before introducing solid ones to teething children. By offering a range of colorful and flavorful purees, parents can make sure their little ones receive a balanced diet while also encouraging healthy eating habits from an early age.

Specialized Treatment

Our goal is to empower parents to support their children’s health, making better decisions about food choices and lifestyle habits that promote well-being.

We work closely with families to create meal plans that so that their children get the right balance of vitamins, minerals, proteins, and other vital nutrients needed for optimal growth and development. We educate families about the benefits of incorporating a variety of foods into a child's diet, including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. We educate parents on proper portion control and mindful eating practices that can help children develop a healthy relationship with food from a young age. We encourage families to prepare food together, making meals a fun and educational experience where children can learn about nutrition and the benefits of healthy eating firsthand.
